Memory Quilt Services

Memory Quilts can be such a comfort after the loss of a loved one. I know from personal experience, which is one of the reasons I truly enjoy making memory quilts. Memory Pillows are also available it that is preferred and either can contain pictures, embroidery, dates, etc..

T-Shirt quilts are And Memory Quilts are great gifts for a graduate, runner, gymnast, football player, or cheer leader to encompass all of their accomplishments into a T-Shirt Quilt.

How does it work? I will hold an initial consultation with you (if not local, it would be via phone or Zoom) to discuss what you would like for a quilt. My objective is to work with you to create a beautiful custom memory quilt. After our discussion, I will draft a design of the quilt based on the clothing that will be incorporated. Fabric can be t-shirts, sweatshirts, ties, shirts, and even jeans! Any unused clothing will be returned to you.

There are many steps to the process once the design is approved by you:

Clothing will be cut appropriately
Clothing will be stabilized so it does not stretch
Embroidery and/or pictures will be incorporated if desired
The quilt will be pieced
The quilt will be long-arm quilted and bound
